The cost of your project will vary based on many factors.
If the job is straight forward, we will offer you a fixed price.
However if the job has too many unknown variables which add to the risk, we will likely offer our hourly rates + materials + preliminary and general costs.

How Much Does a Builder Cost?

Licensed Building Practitioner — $85+GST
Standard Builder — $70+GST
Apprentice Builder — $50+GST
Materials (trade prices) +15% margin
Preliminary & General costs +8%
Minimum call out charge (site visit/odd job) — $200+GST
